DLP TECHNOLOGY

GENERAL MODEL RESIN

Dental Model DM12 is the ideal choice for printing separated models for crown and bridge applications.

The yellow colour offers maximum detection of margin lines and adjacent contours, and cleanup is easy thanks to the low viscosity of the resin.

ORTHODONTIC MODEL RESIN

Ortho model OD01 is an excellent choice for printing models for the fabrication of aligners and orthodontic applications.
 

The high heat resistance and hardness of OD01 allow the cured models to withstand abrasion and maintain accuracy over multiple uses.

GINGIVAL MASK RESIN

Gingiva Mask GM11 is an excellent choice for replicating gingiva contours for digital implant cases.

GM11 is a flexible material that can assist in planning the emergence profile for digital implant restorations.

SURGICAL GUIDE RESIN

Surgical Guide SG01 is a clear and biocompatible resin intended for printing dental surgical guides.

SG01 is a rigid polymer with minimal flex, which allows it to maintain its form during dental surgeries.

CASTABLE RESIN

Dental Cast DC12 is a printable wax-like photopolymer specially developed for investment casting.

​

DC12 burns out clean and can also be used in pressed ceramic applications.

CUSTOM TRAY RESIN

Tray TR01 is a biocompatible material with a high elastic modulus making it an outstanding choice for printing custom trays. 

Its biocompatibility makes it safe for short term intraoral use.

The build plate is self-levelling and easy to use, while the doctor-friendly software, menus, and intuitive navigation make working with the AccuFab-D1s a first-class experience.

Use ours or someone else's resin – the AccuFab-D1s is compatible with all 405nm printer resins.

ULTRA-HIGH ACCURACY

Patented pixel distortion correction algorithm and full HD 1080p projector guarantee ultra-fine print accuracy and details as high as ±35μm

Depending on the part's intended use, you can select between 25, 50 and 100µm layer thicknesses – allowing you to make an indication-specific trade between speed and accuracy.

DLP TECHNOLOGY

Digital Light Processor printers use the light from a high-intensity 405nm LED that's selectively reflected off a digital micromirror device (DMD) projecting an image of a layer through a lens onto the bottom of the resin tray, the build plate then moves up a layer and the process repeats until each layer is complete.
