Resolving e-shop login issues
The ClearCorrect Doctor’s Portal Login has been rolled over to the Straumann e-shop login page. We regret the inconvenience caused due to the absence of advanced notification from the manufacturer and appreciate your understanding whilst we work through getting everyone back on track.
We've put together some instructions below to help you log in to your account via the new link.
Click on the “login with Straumann eShop Credentials” or use the link https://eshop-dr.clearcorrect.com/
You should be led to a page with this login; if you are stuck at the previous login page, clear your cookies and cache or change your browser (e.g. google chrome/Microsoft Edge/etc.):
If this is the first time you’ve logged in via this method, please select “Forgot your password?” and set it via the emailed password link (you may set it to your usual password, this is just to activate your login details)
Once you have reset your password and logged back in, you should reach the following page; this indicates that you have activated the account:
Please open a new tab and go through the https://eshop-dr.clearcorrect.com link and log in; you will be sent straight to the ClearCorrect Doctor’s Portal.
In the future, you can use the above link and log in directly – These steps are only for the first login to authenticate the account.
