Once you've got your 4 case numbers, snap a photo of the form and email it to support@osseogroup.com.au before Saturday, October 7, 2023, to redeem your ProLUX or AirLUX surgical light. It's that easy!

What if I'm not a ClearCorrect provider but want to start? Can I still participate in the promotion?

You sure can! Just register for a ClearCorrect account any time by clicking HERE and catch up with the pack to get your 4 cases approved before September 30!

What are the terms?

This offer only applies to approved One, Two, Three, or Unlimited ClearCorrect case types. For clarity, Flex, Mini and revision approvals are excluded.

All four cases must be approved between 0001h July 1, 2023, and 1159h September 30, 2023. A photograph of this completed entry form must be emailed to and received at support@osseogroup.com.au before 1159h October 6, 2023.

All four case numbers must be on the same account and assigned to the same doctor. Cases submitted or approved on accounts managed by Straumann Direct or subject to volume or commercially contracted discounts are not eligible for this promotion.

This offer is valued at $990+GST, and the surgical light cannot be redeemed for its cash value, transferred, credited or exchanged for another item.
