Clinicians will also have the option to sit the WCLI Associate Fellowship Exam upon completion of the theory component. To be eligible for the exam, participants must first complete the online Waterlase Physics and Safety Training Course.

Meet the Speaker: Dr Lan Tran (General Prctitioner – Dental)
Dr Lan Tran graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science, fuelled by a keen interest in dental technology, materials, and a strong commitment to enhancing patient care.

Over the past two decades, Dr Tran has established herself as a respected International Speaker and Key Opinion Leader in General Dentistry, with expertise in Laser and Aesthetic Dentistry, including facial development and rehabilitation. Since obtaining her dental laser licence in 2003, Dr Tran has become highly specialised in this field, delivering numerous international lectures and creating a program to licence dentists to use lasers within her jurisdiction.
Her dedication to expanding dental knowledge has earned her recognition across various areas of dentistry, including a Mastership in Laser Dentistry from the World Clinical Laser Institute and a Senior Executive Master from Orthoworld. A sought-after speaker, Dr Tran has presented at the Australian Dental Congress annually for the past four years.
She currently serves as President of the Australian Association of Laser Dentistry (AALD), where she plays a vital role in its daily operations.
