Whether you're scanning with the Shining 3D Aoralscan Elite, Aoralscan 3, or any other intraoral scanner, the P42Plus fits seamlessly into your clinical workflow. The Soreal software suite—developed in-house from scan to design to mill—removes the complexity of third-party systems, delivering a streamlined experience that’s fast and easy for the whole clinical and support team.
The complete workflow can be performed in as little as 30–45 minutes: under 10 minutes for scanning, less than 5 minutes for design, and 15–30 minutes for milling. Hybrid and pre-sintered materials can be bonded immediately after milling, while IPS e.max® restorations may be stained and glazed in approximately 25 additional minutes.
Being able to wet mill materials like glass ceramics, PMMA, and hybrid ceramics in-house is critical to everyday dentistry. These materials are commonly used for crowns, onlays, and temporaries due to their aesthetics, durability, and patient acceptance.
