By submitting parts for manufacture, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that the part will be machined from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V).
I understand that the machined part will be returned to me "as milled". I am responsible for trimming any tabs, tapping threads, and performing final polishing as required.
I understand that any hole with a radius of 0.75 mm or smaller will be resized to 0.8 mm radius, and any internal pocket features smaller than 1.5 mm may be adjusted or omitted during the milling process.
I understand that I will be issued an invoice once my case enters the processing queue, and the machined part will not be returned until the invoice is paid in full.

Titanium Milling Service

We provide high-precision titanium milling of bars and superstructures based on your final design. Only final STL files are accepted for manufacture. The fee is $599 excl GST per part, regardless of the number of implants. Please compress your file before uploading it via the form. Once received and checked, we’ll issue an invoice. After full payment, your part will be delivered within 4 business days.
