Osseo Group is proud to announce the launch of our dedicated Titanium Milling Centre, providing dental professionals and labs across Australia with reliable access to precision-milled titanium bars and superstructures.
Using your final STL design, we deliver Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) frameworks with consistent results, short turnaround times, and a flat-fee pricing model. Whether you’re restoring a full arch or need a passive-fitting bar, our team ensures accuracy, repeatability, and local support.
What We Offer
Our Titanium Milling Centre specialises in the manufacture of implant-supported titanium bars and superstructures using 5-axis milling systems. Parts are machined from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) and produced in accordance with ISO 2768-m.
Each part is precisely machined in one of our 5-axis vertical machining centres and returned in "as milled" condition. You’ll be responsible for trimming support tabs, tapping threads, anodising, and final polishing. All bars are machined to ISO 2768-m tolerances, appropriate for general dental framework geometries.
We charge a flat rate of $599 + GST per part, regardless of the number of implants. Once paid, your part will be dispatched within four business days.
Don’t Have a Finished Design?
If you’re working from a scan or model but don’t yet have a final STL file, our Design Centre powered by Shining 3D can help. Read our article HERE to learn more about how the Design Centre works, and click HERE to get in touch with your Account Representative for design support.
Submission Guidelines
We only accept final STL files. Files must be compressed into a .ZIP or .RAR archive before submission. Please ensure that your design follows these constraints:
Holes with a radius of 0.75 mm or smaller will be resized to 0.8 mm
Internal pocket features smaller than 1.5 mm may be adjusted or omitted
If residual material remains due to undercuts or tool reach limitations, a reduction map will be provided to assist you with manual finishing
We recommend verifying that your STL includes correct connector dimensions, screw access channel angles, and passive fit geometry prior to submission.
How to Submit an order
Prepare your final STL and compress it into a .ZIP or .RAR file.
Upload your file and submit your order.
Once reviewed, you’ll receive an invoice.
Once payment is received in full, your submission will proceed to milling.
Delivery will occur within four business days from full payment.
