At Osseo Group, our focus has always been to make digital dentistry more accessible, affordable, and dependable without compromising strength, accuracy, or aesthetic performance. Over the past year, we’ve conducted an extensive search to identify the most cost-effective and user-friendly milling consumables for both clinics and laboratories.

After rigorous testing across multiple systems, we’re proud to present our chosen range: Aconia 3D Master and Aconia 3D Ultra Zirconia for crowns, bridges, and full-arch frameworks, and Beleal lithium disilicate glass ceramic CAD blocks — available both as un-crystallised C14 and B40 (violet-coloured) blocks, and fully-crystallised (tooth-coloured) C14 blocks for chairside milling.

Seamless Compatibility with Leading Systems

Beleal and Aconia consumables have been thoroughly tested in CEREC, UP3D, and all Millbox-driven wet mills. Aconia zirconia discs are compatible with all UP3D mills and any 98 mm disc-based system, making them suitable for both clinical and laboratory environments.

Beleal CAD glass ceramics are available in all VITA shades, while Aconia zirconia is offered in the most popular VITA 3D-Master shades, ensuring natural colour matching and smooth integration into existing restorative workflows.

Why Beleal and Aconia — and Not a Single Supplier?

UPCAD

Zirconia and glass ceramics are entirely different materials, both in structure and behaviour. Zirconia is a polycrystalline ceramic renowned for strength and fracture resistance. Lithium disilicate and glass ceramics are part-crystalline, part-glassy, engineered for translucency, light diffusion, and enamel-like vitality.

Rather than relying on one supplier to cover both material families, Osseo Group selected specialised manufacturers who formulate and produce their own ceramics — not rebranded OEM stock from another source. Each product arrives clearly labelled with its firing curve or sintering profile, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and simplicity in production.

Both materials are forgiving in milling and finishing, with smooth cutting behaviour, low chipping risk, and reliable polishability — ideal for chairside restorations and laboratory work alike.

Materials Science That Works in the Real World

The Aconia 3D Master and 3D Ultra Zirconia ranges combine outstanding translucency and flexural strength, delivering durable restorations suitable for single units through to full-arch frameworks.

The Beleal CAD lithium disilicate blocks offer exceptional optical performance, allowing clinicians to achieve a natural enamel appearance with ease. The violet-coloured un-crystallised blocks provide flexibility for custom staining and firing, while the tooth-coloured fully-crystallised C14 blocks are ready for immediate chairside use.

Together, these materials represent a practical, high-quality alternative to premium imported brands — designed to mill smoothly, finish beautifully, and deliver consistent results every time.

Making Digital Dentistry Accessible

Osseo Group’s mission is to bring world-class digital workflows within reach of every dental professional. By combining Aconia’s precision and strength with Beleal’s beauty and versatility, we’re providing reliable, affordable, and thoroughly tested materials that perform beautifully in real-world conditions.

Digital dentistry shouldn’t be complicated — it should be intuitive, efficient, and sustainable. With Osseo Group, Beleal, and Aconia, it finally is.
