Sixteen years is a long time to keep saying “we’ll only need a bit more space,” but that’s exactly how Osseo Group has grown: one deliberate step at a time, always outgrowing the room we were in.

It began in a single back room inside a dental practice in Ashfield. No showroom, no warehouse, just a desk, a few machines stacked against the wall and a determination to support clinicians properly. When that space became too tight, Mascot felt like a huge upgrade. For a while it was. The work expanded, the equipment range multiplied and our team grew with it. Before long we were squeezing past cartons again.

Lidcombe came next, our first true industrial base. It gave us breathing room and helped shape the structure of the company we recognise today. We expected to stay far longer, but the building was unexpectedly sold and the forced move pushed us into Silverwater. In hindsight, it was a fortunate nudge. Silverwater became the launchpad for everything that followed: digital dentistry, scanners, milling systems, 3D printing, lasers, CBCT, service, product support and a portfolio far beyond what we imagined sixteen years ago. Our team continued to grow here as well, and the site served us through an enormous period of change and expansion.

But after eleven years in Silverwater, even that space has reached its limits.

We’ve moved fully into digital workflows, introduced more product lines than ever, and our hands-on courses have become one of the most important parts of what we offer. Over time, they’ve answered the support question we’ve been asking ourselves since the Ashfield days: how do we genuinely improve service and user education so providers get the best, most predictable and most profitable results from the equipment and consumables we supply? Education has been the clearest answer. Teaching, guiding and practising with clinicians, whether for digital dentures, full-arch workflows, CBCT, lasers or everyday restorative cases, creates outcomes no manual ever could.

Between stock, service, education and day-to-day operations, we’ve simply run out of room to do things the way we want to do them.

That’s why it’s time for the next step.

From December, our new home will be 4/10 Newton Street South, Auburn NSW. It’s ground floor, easy to access, and finally has proper visitor parking—something everyone who’s ever visited us will appreciate.

The new site gives us what we’ve been working towards for years:

  • A purpose-built training centre designed for digital dentures, implant workflows, milling, 3D printing, CBCT, lasers and everyday digital dentistry.

  • A larger, more efficient warehouse to support stronger stock levels and faster delivery.

  • A dedicated showroom where clinicians and technicians can actually try equipment, not just look at pictures on a screen.

Osseo Group is Moving!

Sixteen years of steady, intentional growth have brought us here. We’re proud of what Osseo Group has become, but we’re even more grateful to the thousands of customers who’ve supported us at every stage. Every installation, every upgrade and every course reflect the trust you’ve placed in us, and that trust is the reason each step up has been possible.

Our last day in Silverwater will be 15 December 2025. After that, all operations including training, showroom, service and warehouse will run from our Auburn office.

A bigger space, better access and a new chapter that sets us up for the next decade of digital dentistry in Australia. We can't wait to invite you over!
